Foster to Adopt Process
​
You are here because you have fallen in love with an Amazing Strays rescue pup and maybe want to adopt them! The interest application is the first step in the adoption process with Amazing Strays. Filling out the application does not obligate you to take the pup you are interested in but just allows you to feel each other out.
The rest of the process is as follows:

An Amazing Strays Rescue volunteer will reach out to coordinate a home visit and meet & greet for the pup.

If we feel it is a good match for both you and the pup, we will arrange for you to begin your 2-week foster to adopt period.

​During this time, please allow the pup to acclimate and settle into his/her new home. This period of time is for bonding and to determine if the dog is a good fit for the home.

Why should I adopt a dog?
Adopting a rescue dog is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have. It's like they know you rescued them and will be forever loyal and grateful!
